xtremehd-uk.com is the official XtremeHD site and xtremehd.app is our mirror. Both are us. Any other site claiming to be XtremeHD is not.

Privacy notice

Last updated: 22 July 2026.

At XtremeHD, we treat your privacy as seriously as we treat the stream itself. This notice explains, in plain language, the very little information we keep, why we keep it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

Because we serve viewers across the UK, we handle any personal data in line with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). XtremeHD is the data controller for the little we hold.

What we keep

We don’t store personal information about our customers. We keep no viewing logs, we don’t track what you watch, and we don’t tie any activity back to you. The only piece of information we may hold is your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us so we can stay in touch. Our lawful basis for holding it is your consent, and we keep it only for as long as you want to hear from us: as soon as you unsubscribe or ask us to erase it, it’s gone.

Email & marketing

If you opt in, we use your email address to send occasional updates, offers and service news. That is the only thing we use it for, and we send it on the basis of your consent under PECR. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by messaging us, and we will remove your address. We never sell, rent or share your email with third parties.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and other trusted, secure payment gateways. Your card details are entered directly with the payment provider over an encrypted connection, they go straight to the processor, and XtremeHD never sees or stores your full card number. Each provider handles your payment information under its own security standards and privacy policy.

Cookies

We use only a small number of cookies:

We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t follow you around other websites. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, and you can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Your choices

Because we hold so little, exercising your rights is simple. Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

Just get in touch and we will take care of it, free of charge and normally within one month. If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data-protection regulator, at ico.org.uk, though we’d always appreciate the chance to put things right first.
