These are the terms for using XtremeHD. By signing up for a subscription you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and in plain English, no fine print, no surprises. Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer under UK law.
When you sign up, you get an XtremeHD account. That account gives you access to all of our content, every live channel and every film and show in the library, for the length of the plan you chose, on the number of screens you picked (one or two, with more available on request). You watch through an app on your TV, phone, tablet or computer; all you need is an internet connection.
You choose a subscription of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay for that period up front, as a single one-time payment. The prices shown are the total you pay. All prices are in pounds sterling (£); where VAT or any other tax applies, it is already included in the price you see. Once your payment clears, your access is set up, usually within a few minutes.
You have a 14-day money-back window from the date of purchase. If the service isn’t for you, contact us within those 14 days and we’ll refund what you paid. This sits alongside your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any refund request made after the 14-day window will be declined.
Your subscription ends at the close of the period you chose. Payment is a one-off, there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge, so you’re never locked in. If you’d like to keep watching, you simply start a new period whenever you want.
Your account is for your own personal use. Please don’t share, resell or use your login on more screens at once than your plan allows. If an account is misused, we may suspend or end its access.
We aim for high availability and a service that’s genuinely better than what you’ll find elsewhere, stable streams, no buffering, and real people on support. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we’ll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. That said, no service is online 100% of the time: maintenance, the occasional outage or factors outside our control may affect things now and then, and we get them back up as quickly as we can.
XtremeHD isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by things outside our control, such as your own internet connection, network or equipment. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected by anything here.
We may update these terms or the service from time to time. We’ll let you know in advance about anything that materially affects you, and the latest version is always here at xtremehd-uk.com.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Either way, if something isn’t right, just message us, we’d far rather sort it out directly, quickly and fairly than turn it into a formal dispute.
